Mallard was the selected commercial painting contractor for an exterior project at a facility on Almeda Genoa Rd south of Houston. This project involved multiple substrates including: CMU, wood, metals, and more across 5 buildings.
Our team completed the painting during regular hours, allowing the facility to continue its normal day-to-day operations. The project required careful scheduling and coordination so that painting could progress without unnecessarily interfering with the business.
