Our Story.

Since 2019, we began with single family home investments here in Houston, TX. Through our ownership & management, we noticed how much a fresh coat of paint did a lot to freshen up a living space. Adding value to both the property and leases.

However, we quickly came to notice the difficulty of finding consistently dependable, reliable, and fast painting crews. That's when we decided to fill that need ourselves.

Starting 2023 Mallard Commercial Painting was born. A painting contractor that understands the needs of commercial clients specifically, such as property managers, building owners, and businesses. We understand your needs are different from residential customers so we focus and tailor our solutions to your needs. We EXCLUSIVELY work with commercial clients.
